Submission Process
The orders you place on Vuvito are carefully packaged and delivered to cargo within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Special protective materials are used to protect the products from damage during the shipping process. Delivery times may vary depending on your city and the shipping company.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.
Return and Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Custom-made furniture and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for returns, as per legislation.
If the product is delivered defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.
Once the return process is approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days using the same method you used for payment.
